Establishment of a branded and up-to-date website for the IIRRA as a part of the organization's digital transformation
The Israeli Industrial Relations Research Association promotes creative thinking in the fields of employment, social security and labor relations in Israel. This is done through running think tanks, holding conferences, seminars and distributing position papers focusing on key issues in work and organizational issues.
As a part of the organization digital transformation, the association wanted to adapt to the modern world and innovate on a branded and up-to-date website that would support the association’s goals.

Meeting the Association Goals
The association wanted to put emphasis on recruiting new entrants and researchers, producing a platform for submitting research proposals and nominations for various competitions to advance the association’s goals.
In the process of the website specification all of these were considered and as a result we created a special area and call to action that combines and summarizes the “call to actions” with a focus on convenient and simple user experience (UX).
Promoting events and conferences
The association hosts several events each year, so we have created a special custom template for presenting the events. This is to present the event content in a concise and accessible manner, to allow registration for the event along with special location marking.
Content Management Hub Creation
The members of the association periodically publish various articles that are published in the written and digital press. We wanted to present the many publications and content in a creative and action-packed way, by choosing images related to the topics of the articles, the option of navigating by topics and tags and a simple and convenient display.
I wanted to thank you personally for the excellent work you have done in establishing the new website of the Israeli Industrial Relations Research Association.
Not only did you successfully tackle the challenge of setting up an innovative, "clean" and contemporary website for an association that is already 50 years old, without detracting from its essence and complex content, but you also did so in front of a large group, all opinionated, all with broad consensus.
It should be noted that all the work was done pleasantly in a good atmosphere, with professionalism, exemplary service, understanding the fact that not everyone lives the digital world while meeting precisely the deadlines set!
